Description
A huge flat sandbox map on a beach. Has a flowing river and alot of bridges that are high enough so that the boats won't clip through them. This map is great for building a huge city. Has a railroad and extra inside outside connections.

Works great with 25 tile or 81 tile mod. Alot of roads are already done so it's easy to build a huge city in this one. This map is very big and you can build a huge metropolis here. The roads and highways are pre made and very big but I recommand using alot of public transportation from early one too so you won't get congestion problems later with a huge size like this.

Very easy to build on.

I think I started in the middle tile or one below the middle. Put your water source there to. Then my sewer drainage was on the bottom right. I started building down to the coast. And you dont have to build close to eachother this map is more than big enough to space everything out.

Just started getting into this game and hot damn, this is something I was looking for now that I think i have a good handle on the game mechanics. Any suggestions on where to start building first if one has a 25-tile unlock mod?
