I just realized the Legio Regia does get a 15% combat bonus against units.

Thank you for making this civ! I really like the color scheme and the way it was designed and how it combines various playstyles, however this mod was really buggy for me.
Their music never plays.
The UA doesn't work at all, I converted three capitals to my religion but got no artist points or science per turn.
The Legio Regia does not get 15% Combat Strength when stacked with a religious unit, I tried both with an inquisitor and a missionary, they do get Great Artist points when capturing a city however.
The Kaiserpfalz works fine.
The "Promote the Scriptoria" decision doesn't do anything. The "Install Family in the Duchies" decision only gives a trade route slot, but no culture per turn.
Did anyone else encounter any of these problems or is it on my end only? I'll try going through the mods I have installed to see if it makes a difference

True. Otto's music theme does not start. And having the Civ V theme on permanent loop can get annoying.

Huh, there must be a bug in the code, since that's not the line I wrote for him. I'll look into it and see if I can get it fixed.

Also, it's a bit of an absurdity having 'Otto I' refer to himself as 'Otto I.' Since he was the only monarch Otto reigning and would have no knowledge of any future Ottos II, IIII etc. The added numerals are actually more of an historiographic convention. Louis XIV did not refer to himself as 'Louis XIC', but simply as 'Louis'. That was his name.

@TophatPaladin: The diplo intro text is a bit... on the short side.

"Otto I of the Holy Roman empire" (Yeah...obviously)
