Stats:
Martial Arts: 2 from 0
Dodge: 1.05 from 1

chest 40%-50% (if you do not take into account that the back is naked)
L.arm 20%-30%.

okay sure, the shoulder bit is most likely around 10% of the arm, not 30.

yeah but if you look at it, when your character is wearing it, it has a small metal piece over your left arm

Its the heart protector, it should protect the chest by..pff 15 to 25% not your arm. :/
