You need the Gathering Storm Expansion, Australia DLC, Nubia DLC and Minecraft - Steve and Alex.

[Unique Building]
Order Hall:
Jesse's unique building of Government Plaza.
Gain +1 Food, Production, Gold, Faith, Science and Culture Yield from each unit trained from city with Government Plaza (Up limit is 30).

[Leader Trait]
Jesse - Order of the Stone:
Military units +7 Combat Strength when fighting on Neutral or Foreign Territory.
Gain Science and Culture double as enemy's Combat Strength after defeated barbarian Anti-Cavalry units.
If city center adjacent to a mine or quarry (Or city has at least 3 specialty districts), this city +50% Production.

Note: Two Jesse are identical except for gender.
