Macro Religious Pressure

This mod decreases the microing of religion and makes missionary spam less of a headache.

What this mod does is remove missionaries, make inquisitors cheaper, and include a building that can be purchased with faith that increases religious pressure. (It can be purchased an infinite number of times even in the same city. Requires a religion in the city to buy.)

There was a mod that I liked that also sought to deal with missionary spam:

However there were two things I didn't like. The mod removed inquisitors as well, and no alternative to missionaries to spread religion. It made it to difficult to spread religion at all, and it did nothing to prevent AI Prophet spam.

With this mod, religious spread will be gradual, you can still spread religion reasonably, and you can deal with prophet spam now that inquisitors are cheaper. (50% cheaper)

This mod also removes two missionary-related beliefs and makes the borobodor give 200% religious pressure instead of 3 missionaries.

Tested with BNW, but should work with Gods and Kings.
