允许在同一星系内建造多个原版巨构
注意：由于flag兼容Gigastructures，因此同一星球上最多只能建造一个。这不是bug!!!

巨构建筑不再有数量限制，分段建造技术现在可以增加同时建造上限。
警告：该mod修改了原始文件，可能与其它mod不兼容。修改的文件列表：

Megastructure remove the upper limit, sectional_construction now increase the number of simultaneous construction.

原版的巨构建造速度实在是（草 中日双语
添加了两项新科技用以加速巨构的建造速度，并未修改原文件。
至于是否兼容铁人模式，这个我也不清楚。
可以与其它mod并用，至少目前没遇到什么问题。
