But that depends if the creator wants to change that, if it doesnt ruin his vision for the map.
Concerning the AI i don't know why they act like they act.
I made several Maps and on this one it's showy that they first start pushing about 5 Min after the Game started.
I think it depends on the territory points, which are more attractiv in the City because they are not so far away, then the ones on the other bridge.
Maybe i can change things a little. It takes me a bit to test it =).

On the other hand when i played as Yankees, position 5 and when i reached the bridge i already met enemy infantry. So everything went as normal. And good lord that pathway towards enemy base was a meat grinder. From time to time AI used the hill for Panthers to snipe our vehicles and hordes of infantry just kept going. It was quite interesting battle tbh, fighting piece by piece, entrenching every few metres in case of a massive counterattack.
