Causes Object reference not set to an instance of an object [System.NullReferenceException]
If I understand correctly, it is because it requires After Dark dlc. You should definitely add this to the requirements. I just wasted 10 minutes trying to find source of this.

You need to update your RICO settings and remove the "tourist" setting for compatibility reasons please.
