Introduction
"A memorial service to the fallen people" is the following quest of "Life-risking Infiltration" and is part of the group "Emma's Nightmare".
The start character is "Eileen", which will be important later on.
The problem an the fix
If you're on top of the tower in the "Cron Castle" and the scroll which is needed to activate your service to the dead, simply jump of the tower into the castle again. Then you have to go back to "Eileen" at the entrance of the castle.
NOTE: Do not abort the quest yet!!!
Talk to her again and she will give you the scroll again. After you received the scroll, head back to the
Altar inside the castle to accept the quest. On your way to it you have to abort the quest (you'll keep the scroll). Then accept the quest again and you'll get teleported on top of the tower again.
Up there you can then activate the scroll and continue with the game.

It's simple to solve, jump of the tower, you will spawn near at the gate. Walk way to the Beatle NPC and the Dead guy, Eliee is there at the left.
