Vivala's America (Clinton)

Straight from the 1990s, it's a new America mod! This time it's helmed by the 42nd President: Bill Clinton! Clinton led during a uniquely peaceful era in US history between the collapse of the Soviet Union and the beginning of the War on Terror. Can you use your diplomatic sway as the sole superpower to bring forth a new free market world order, or will a handful of dramatic errors permanently tarnish your legacy?
(Since this mod features a vaguely relevant politician, I feel like I should note that this isn't intended to be pro or anti Clinton. I simply chose him because he's an interesting president from a unique era.)

UA - American Hegemony: Declarations of Friendship grant America and its friend an additional vote in the World Congress. Cities gain +3 Defense per Declaration of Friendship (max +15). Units ignore borders when America hosts the World Congress.

UU - F-15: Replaces the Jet Fighter. Gains +1 Range for every Declaration of Friendship. +33% Strength against land units.

UB - Trade Agreement HQ: In addition to the Gold bonuses of the Stock Exchange, which it replaces, the Trade Agreement HQ grants +2 Gold and +1 Production from all international trade routes to or from the city. Other players receive an additional 2 Gold when sending trade routes to a city with a Trade Agreement HQ.

(Note: because of the way Civ's Lua is programmed, the UA and UU don't recognize new declarations of friendship until the start of your next turn)

Currently compatible with YNAEMP.

By default, both Clinton's America and Washington's America are left in the game with the same name. However, the file "ClintonWashington" in the mod's root folder gives you a few options to change either civ's name solely to the United States (with "US" as the adjective) or remove Washington entirely.
