No. Don't lower the opacity.

Should the flashlight's opacity be lowered, or no?

It's not a bug or error. That is the way all flashlight s are, even the original one. You just don't notice it with the original because it has no point of reference. It cannot be fixed or changed. It's just the way the flashlight is programmed. Hope that helps.
