Welcome to what will become the re-worked, re-made and extended GSF Combat Overhaul. (Note: Debug/Developer version. Do Not Use. If you ignore this warning, do not whine when stuff isn't fully implemented yet.)

This first section of the GSF Combat Overhaul is a replacement for the GSF Energy Weapons mod; it contains the old plasma weapons, which still work, and a complete rewrite of the beam laser turrets.

Future updates will contain:
- Fixed-mount laser weapons
- New plasma-weapon graphics and mechanics
- New Tek Mar high-end civilian market weapons
- Comprehensive control system overhaul including:
- Power management systems, giving weapons their own power pool
- Target analysis and designation system
- Mining variant of target analysis system, including mining lasers
- Logistics and support analysis system
- Scanning and reconnaisance systems

And that's not all. On the more distant horizon:
- New NPCs
- Powerful, exotic new weapon mechanics

And much, much more!

Modders notice: The GSF team does NOT grant permission to reupload any of our mods, or any portion of our mods, for any reason. Servers don't worry; all future GSF mods will have config files at several levels that will allow you to tweak them to the needs of your server in all of the usual ways (disable blocks, adjust their performance, etc) without needing to upload your own version of the mod.

If you wish to borrow code from our mods to power your own, we will be willing to negotiate suitable arrangements. We reserve the right to deny such requests for any reason or no reason if we choose. Use of any of our assets--scripts, models, lore, etc--without permission will be reported appropriately.
