Description
Modless and survival ready.

First things first: most of the credit for this design goes to JD.Horx. The basic frame of the Firebird is from the F-15 Kestrel fighter that they made for the IMDC. I more or less duplicated that basic layout, made some personal preference changes, and then changed the aesthetics of it. So, make sure you go check out the F-15, found here.

General Information
The DSR-125 "Firebird" is the most current multi-environment fighter deployed by the ASDC, thanks to it's impressive speed and firepower. Featuring 4 gatling turrets (two per wing), two autocannon emplacements, and a single assualt cannon, the DSR-125 can pack a punch against light defences. The turrets also come with the bonus of a 360 degree firing arc, allowing the fighter to lay down fire in any part of an attack run. The speediness comes from the light frame and advanced hydrogen support.

Celestial Bodies
While unintentional, the thrusters are actually powerful enough to allow completely independent atmospheric flight, although a nearby source of hydrogen in recommended. Same goes for spacial fighting as well- this is not a long range fighter, and a mothership or home base is probably a good idea. (Mjolnir and Valient platforms will work if you point straight up and use the side connectors)

Other Information
- Dry mass: 33 tons
- 3,555 PCU
- When leaving planetary gravity, having at least 20%- 25% of the hydrogen tank left is recommended.
- Loosely based off Sabre from Halo: Reach.
- 12.5 meters in length (25 small blocks)
- This is the default (spacial) version. It is optimized for flying in space.
- Atmospheric Version of the Firebird
