LEFT 4 DEAD -生存者たち- Drop Spitter Texture

Description
Recently, Theuaredead' released the full game of the japanese Left 4 Dead arcade game
"LEFT 4 DEAD -生存者たち-" to the public. Included in the game files were some interesting infected textures, this is 1 of 7 Spitter textures. I simply renamed the material and texture files for them to work in L4D2.

Yeah I suggested that on one of the chargers. If the pack included the default L4D2 Infected skins too that would be awesome
