I'm gonna go ahead and tell you all as much of the lore as I can remember, straight from /v/'s archives. Strap in, it's a long one.

*The following story is CANON.

So following RE2, Chris hounds Leon relentlessly after hearing how much his sister...ahem...gushed about him upon her return from Raccoon City. He does this day in and day out, only ever receiving one response from Leon: "NWF."

Eventually, Chris begins to lose it. He constructs elaborate schemes and plots in order to force Leon to ♥♥♥♥ his sister, to no avail. At one point, he has trapped Leon in a hotel surrounded by special forces and wired to the brim with surveillance devices to ensure he completes the job, going so far as to kneecap him to limit his mobility, and Leon STILL manages to escape.

Now, this is where things go ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ insane.

Chris calls together an elite squad of mercenaries for what he has dubbed Operation: Penetration, consisting of but not limited to:

And many more, all for the sole purpose of forcing Leon S. Kennedy to continue the Redfield line.

After a tense situation and mexican standoff in which it is revealed that half of Chris' assembled team has been sabotaging his plans from the start, having been previously planted as moles by Leon himself, Arthur from RDR2 suggests that they all ♥♥♥♥ Claire since they're there anyway, but Chris refuses, stating that it MUST be Leon. The fight is, however, deescalated another way.

A hunger games-styled scenario ensued in which many of the mercenaries were killed, with the final battle between Dutch (FAITHlusted) and the Orphan of Kos wearing a fancy suit and top hat, both individuals representing Chris and Leon respectively, duked it out. The Orphan won, and Chris refused to accept it, literally splitting the timeline and creating multiple other hunger games scenarios, some of which he himself dies in while trying to disguise himself.

The timeline has now been completely destabilized, resulting in a multitude of characters all entering the RE universe. Chris, in an effort to put an end to things once and for all, usurps control of the WWE and forces the invaders, Leon included, to participate in a final series of both tag and battle-royale styled matches for Leon's extracted seed.

Chris (with some help from a 30-year-old boomer), in a staggering battle against Wesker (representing Leon and assisted by Fred from Scooby-Doo and later Agent 47), finally manages to win and goes backstage to demand his prize. Leon, still adamantly rejecting his fate, enters his final form and begins an epic battle with Chris, only for Chris to enter his final form as well and secure what he believes to be the semen himself.

However, it was all an elaborate ploy. The semen is revealed to have not been Leon's, but Wesker's, in an attempt to combine his perfect genes with that of the Redfield line and create an unstoppable army of Weskerfield child soldiers and ensure COMPLETE. GLOBAL. SATURATION. Agent 47, who had been unstoppable up until that point, had thrown the match against Chris, giving him the incentive to take the planted semen himself. Unaware of the deception, Ada Wong heads to the stadium, intent upon fighting for Leon's reproductive rights, only to be completely and utterly decimated by a raging, twenty-year-virgin Claire ala Broly vs. Everyone that isn't a fusion, revealing that Chris had simply been holding her back the entire time.

Further complicating matters is the unexpected rampancy of Mr. X, who, according to pre-programmed Umbrella orders, slaughtered half of the cast (forcing Doom Slayer away from Chris' side as he had to save his teammates and his enemies alike from Hell's clutches but ending up locked away by the demons for his sacrifice, leading into DOOM 2016). Mr. X is then, in a shocking turn of events, taken down by Chris and Leon, supposedly having accepted his fate. However, the battle was just a ruse, as HUNK revealed himself as a quintuple agent, having pretended to work with Wesker but retaining his Umbrella loyalty all along, and stole the semen case whilst the two were distracted. Leon then reveals that he wasn't in on the theft, but was aware of Wesker's betrayal, putting him at odds with Chris once more.

HUNK has apparently escaped the WWE stadium with the case of Leon (Wesker's) Semen, and is nowhere to be found. The battle continues.
