To this map use FindIt! and PlopGrowables mods.

If doesn't work, try to enable "Try to recover from Simulation Errors" in Loading Screen Mod options, then load a save

Amazing map, and I managed to get it to work. The only problem I had is that there's no outside connection so even with infinite money, you can't get one person into Portland. If that was to be fixed, this map would probably be way more popular than it is.

Edit to my previous comment: It works, turns out it was a mod from some other map that I
uninstalled a while ago, but never uninstalled fully. Apologies for the misconception.

Map dosen't work with the current version of this game. Really like this map, have played some many times can't even count it anymore. I have no PlopGrowables subbed so idk why the map is just a blus screen.

First Liberty City in 3D Universe was in GTA3 and this map is from GTA3, no 4
