Description
Welcome to Kaiserreich Expanded 4, otherwise known as Kaiserreich Expanded: The Test Version!! This submod adds a lot of features, most of which aren't in the main mod either for testing or OP reasons. Some of the features on here may be incorporated in the main mod, or scrapped due to issues.
AN: Due to the China Rework changing so much, this mod only works on patch 0.9.3 or earlier. I won't be updating it further.

What it adds:
More than I can list!*Check change logs for brief overview of some changes, I've honestly given up on keeping track there's so many changes O_O*

Removal of all files related to China update and Avoiding 2ACW and Byzantine Restoration Submods

It adds a lot of different features, check the change log.
Also, it's just a cosmetic change, but I'll look at it.
