VGP Revised Caffeine

Description
What does this mod do?
Returns coffee to it's original rest value (20% rest), adds in caffeine (coffee) tolerance and addiction, and allows you to manage caffeine intake in a drug policy.

Why would you use it?
From the moment I began using caffeine in RimWorld, I saw the potential in it. As a (once) avid coffee drinker, I knew coffee well, both for better, and for worse.
In the early days of VGP's coffee, it was far too powerful, which prompted me to make this mod to balance it out in a way that makes sense. Keeping the power, but at a cost.

Now, your pawns will enjoy their cups of coffee a little too much, and become addicted if you use it too much. The chance to be addicted is quite low, and it takes a long time to build an addiction, though.
Before this however, they'll build up a tolerance, making caffeine not as useful unless used in moderation.

Future plans
- Add caffeine to sodas from VGP Garden Drinks
- Look in to adding it to tea (I was considering setting up mod options, so that people can choose to enable or disable this.)
- Add a stronger variation of coffee maybe.


Important note!
Because caffeine is now classed as a drug, those with any drug related traits will impact their time with coffee.
Teetotallers will refuse to drink it, for example.

I care a lot about balance, and because this mod is new, it's almost certainly going to be unbalanced some way. I try to make my mods overpowered rather than underpowered, and adjust it down with time.

Of course, this mod requires VGP Vegetable Garden to function properly.

If I am wrong, then It might be inside Cupro's Drinks Mod. I know there was another mod that added sodas and coffee and tea.

Try to find a B18 version of VG.

The mod author of VG created the mod "VGP_CoffeeTeaDrugs" and even states that using that mod would remove addiction because I used to use that extension to control coffee in previous versions.
