Fallout - First Aid Cabinet (Medkit)

Yes, I know it's a bit smol

While your average walk-of-the-wastes survivor may consider a quick puff of jet and a shot of whiskey a "good enough" remedy to heal whatever wounds they received from being shot/stabbed/slashed/irradiated/bludgeoned/poisoned/exploded/nuked/plasma-burned, us savvy and educated vault dwellers will know that proper medical treatment is most efficient when it is a plethora of drugs and questionably-sterile medical instruments all neatly arranged within a tin box.

But the even more savvy among us would conclude "I may need all of this to be on my person, not for now, but for later", to which the obvious solution for that would be to simply tear the entire cabinet off of the wall and carry it with us, of course!

Those handy, hope-filled cabinets which so thoughtfully provide us with water, stimpaks, med-x, radaway, rad-x, and blood packs are now available for use in Left 4 Dead in the form of a medkit, ripe for the taking.
