Description
P and B pavement+ by Moch

This is an enhanced version of "P and B pavement".

On this pavement, pedestrians and bicycles go through separate lanes.
Since the width of the tunnel is larger than usual, please be careful when installing.
(Additional element)
I added a street tree to the ground.
Polygon was added to the underground tunnel part.(for FPS camera)

NOTE:
It is a specification that the upgrade can not be used.
Within the tunnel, the display of the character is omitted by C:S.(countermeasures have been taken)

There is information that the MOD "Extra Landscaping Tools" interferes with path assets.
If you are using "Extra Landscaping Tools" and the paths are sinking, prease try to turn it off.
Although not perfect, I have also released a countermeasure asset.

The patch of the phenomenon of path sinking.(need DLC "Park Life")

@Spook Zero One: You need the After Dark DLC for bicycles. So there's no point in a pedestrian+bikes path without the After Dark DLC.

I came here after seeing this mod on Biffa's channel, sadly I don't have any of the DLC's yet and I see this needs a DLC. Is there an alternative that does a similar job but without DLC? THank you to whoever answers.

mi2baker, thanks for the useful information.

Bug where path sinks into the ground may be a collision with Extra Landscaping Tools. I had the same thing with standard paths and removing ELT is what stopped it. Now I just turn it on and off as needed.

pathway sinks deep underground when reloading city and glitches out

If the tunnel goes under the water, then it is flooded.

I'm first in line to try this again when the sunken issue is fixed. Otherwise just not worth the hassle.

I have not tried the "Patch" yet, but the work around I had been using is to find the sunken segments after load, delete them, and then use "force elevated pieces" even at 0m to re draw them. You will need the mod Fine Road Tool by Klyte45 as well.

Thank you for the update.
