Built in Brisbane, QLD, Australia, in 1976.

111m to roof and 142 to spire.

Approx. 1700 tris.

Yes the building has the huge ugly blank wall IRL.

I don't know why, out of all of Brisbane's great buildings, I modelled this ugly POS. Actually, I do. It's because it was so easy to model ;)

This looks like One Biscayne Tower in Miami. When is anyone making that into a unique building?

hi .the light on on top of the building was a weather gauge . the upper white lights for temperature, the lower lights showed continuous white for fine, 1/2 sec flashing white for windy, 2 sec flashing white for clearing, continuous red for rain, 1/2 sec flashing red for strong winds and rain, and 2 sec flashing red for showers. just a little bit of trivia about the building
