Perfect Prison (Cell Block A Done) by Neceros

Description
This is the perfect prison. Modular rooms support what each cell block requires, so there's little to no waste. Efficient and clean.

Only Cell Block A is completed, leaving lots of room to complete the prison. Set on a medium tile, but of course expandable with land management.

The walking distance doesn't ever come into play. Maybe once you get a lot of modules going then sure.

Hardly perfect. The poor guys at the end have to waste so much time walking back and forth from their cells just to take a shower.
