The original scrap mercenary can be found in Stack. He's assigned to the bars there.
He's equipped with Onitetsu's Scrap armor and a broadsword.

He's a single man mercenary for recruitment for 6,000.

His combat stats range around 50. and his strength ranges around 60.
He has low stats in unarmed, stealth, and ranged.

His armor can be standard to good quality. 50-50 chance of upgrades.
His full outfit is;

High chances to spawn with good gear at a 50/50 chance to upgrade from standard to good quality.
They have any of the Broadswords, a long cleaver, or the plank with a high chance of it being from the Catun Scrapmaster manufacturer.
Their attack and strength stats are around 60 with the rest of their stats around 10.
They also spawn as recruits for 36,000.

Heavy
Normal chances to spawn with armor at a 80% chance to upgrade from cheap to standard quality.
They have any of the Broadswords, any cleaver, a longsword, or the plank with a high chance of it being from the Catun Scrapmaster manufacturer.
Their attack stats are around 50 and their strength is around 60 with the rest of their stats around 10.
They also spawn as recruits for 12,000.

Normal
Low chances to spawn with good gear at a 50/50 chance to upgrade from cheap to standard quality.
They have any of the Broadswords, any cleaver, a longsword, or the plank with a high chance of it being an ancient or unknown manufacturer.
Their attack and strength stats are around 30.
They also spawn as recruits for 3,000.
