Description
Built for A9 for the player or small group of players just starting out on a survival server with Weights and Volumes enabled. This ultra-small base is designed for very early survival play as an intermediate step in-between the first hour of play and the construction of a larger base. It has the basics needed to assist when wanting to transition from the typical Portable Constructor/O2 Condenser/Motorbike gameplay to getting more established. It can be spawned in very early at level 5, has two cargo pallets for base and constructor storage (8000L volume each), an O2 station with two small O2 tanks (if starting out on a planet w/o breathable atmosphere), a fridge with a matching food processor, and a large constructor tucked in the back. It's also built with a 3x3 grid for spawning in those early survival HV's and SV's. Power is done via one small generator with two small fuel tanks. A small solar bank is installed to help out with four small solar panels and one single solar capacitor. This base is small and simple enough that it can be powered on biofuel alone. Can also be used as a temporary Home Spawn as it includes a clone chamber.

Can be spawned in at Level 5 in under 15 minutes with easily-attained materials via the starter survival tool.

Specs:
- Average power consumption of ~60kW with everything switched on at idle
- Solar input of 200+kW on a clear day, depending upon base orientation relative to sun arc
- Main fuel capacity is 2400 (240 biofuel canisters or 80 promethium fuel packs to fill)

Features:
- Fridge and Large Constructor to move storage and production operations from a Portable Constructor
- Food Processor
- Two cargo pallets with 8kL volume each
- Three personal footlockers (8kL volume each) for assisting a small squad (labeled in Control Panel/Cargo)
- Wireless Connection for Logistics support
- Control Panel power toggling for constructor, fridge, food processor, and lights/flares for power reduction if desired
- 3x3 grid HV/SV spawning pad
- Solar powered to help with fuel efficiency
- Clone Chamber installed for 'Home Spawn' enabling
- Small enough to be powered by biofuel alone if desired (total fuel capacity of 240 biofuel canisters)

Spawn Instructions:
- Spawn with Personal F5 drone
- Align the base's solar panel array to match the arc of the sun if possible
- Bury in the ground to the white dashes

Spawn Requirements:
- 246 Stone Dust
- 70 Iron
- 37 Carbon Substrate
- 98 Copper
- 113 Silicon

This is a wonderful mod. I bring it in ASAP . Then when i great ready to build a permanent base I use all the items from this mod. Once I strip all the equipment and install them into my permanent base, I dismantle the remaining parts. I recycle everything.

Hey right on. I hope they work out for you and if you have any suggestions for improvements or anything like that, let me know. I came up with these ideas playing on a public box recently so they were born of actual necessity (similar to that starter survival node BA) rather than just stuff I came up with in Creative. So hopefully they'll be efficacious to how they're advertised.

:) Thanks. I was just watching the video about your vault, neat idea. I will be trying the greenhouse out this weekend. The faction I am in on the server I play on just bought a faction planet and it goes live today so I plan on putting up a few starter greenhouses.

I have built several of these since subscribing to it. Makes the perfect little outpost on planets with friendly atmospheres. I like putting the Survival Starter Node next to a lake and adding on a small pier to it so I can have access to my water generators making water containers. I can load it with ammo and come back later to restock my water supplies. It is also a great staging area for some of your first vehicle builds.
I just saw your small greenhouse build, subscribed and looking forward to trying that out next.
