I think this image is official art, i couldn't find an artist link. The making of this was streamed you can find the vod here, its unedited but you can click around

-tweaked some of the particles to sparkle a bit more
-added a mouse trail which is disabled by default but you can turn it on in the wallpaper options

took 1:41 mins to make the wallpaper part according to the recording and about an hour before that, that i didnt stream to cut up and layer the character

thats a different color purple, the wallpapers that dont have alternate versions i kinda just do whatever with the thumbnails, and i was kinda suprised at how little art there is of these neptunia characters that fit the criteria of what i normally look for.
