No Reverb Mod

Description
The disable global reverb option of Extra Vehicle Effects in a standalone package. Reverbs are disabled as long as this mod is enabled in the content manager. If you use Extra Vehicle Effects then don't sub to this one as the functionality is already in there.

It disables an audio effect that some people found annoying, but I don't really know if it still works tbh
