Balanced Precursor Systems

Description
Makes the five precursor systems more balanced by providing various buffs. Specifically:
- Cybrex Alpha has one Ringworld section that is still operational.
- Yuhtaan provides triple the resources.
- Vultaumar contains a unique size-25 Habitat.
- Irass contains a Colossus, which goes to the first empire to build a starbase in it. This does not unlock the Total War CB.
- Fen Habbanis is unchanged.

Compatible with, but does not require, VisiblePrecursors.

OK, why did my comment from a few months ago get TRIPLE POSTED, also the answer to the mod being save compatible is YES, as long as the system has not yet been generated

using this mod unlocked the colossus for me even though i dont have the dlc for it. very frustrating when i earned a colossus that was entirely useless and missing parts of its mechanics and UI

Well, it looks like there's a conflict with Planet Modifier mode. It was Yuhtaan, or Vultaumar, but there was no planet with three times the resources, no size 25 dwellings, only the Vultaumar (or Yuhtaan) archology city with Planet modifier Mode's Precursor Modifier.
