Sisl CB Radio with better swing

Sisl CB radio left and right mount with a decent swing on the handset cord.

This replaces the Sisl cb radios, just put this workshop mod a higher priority than the Sisl Megapack. You may not need the megapack at all, but I still use it and although have tested without the Megapack active the game save that I tested with had previously had the Megapack active.

The only changes that I have made are to alter the config for the swing. If you don't like the radio itself or any other aspect of the mod direct comment towards Sisl on his mod. This is purely cos it don't mean a thing if you ain't got that swing!
