Reactive Rebalancing

Description
Just a small mod to collect some small skill tweaks and overrides that I thought improved the game. Rebalances some skills to be more usable than they are by default.


Reactive Armor
Damage: 20 -> 25
Area Radius: 3 -> 4
Cooldown: 6 -> 4
Now also requires Warfare 1
No longer damages nearby allies
Inflicts bleeding to enemies without Physical Armor.

Blitz Attack
Damage: 75 -> 85

Onslaught / Daggers Drawn
AP: 4 -> 3
SP: 2 -> 1
Damage: 60 -> 55 (per hit, so 300 -> 275 overall)

Overpower
Source Points: 3 -> 1

Pin Down
Damage: 120 -> 100
AP: 3 -> 2

Throwing Knife / Fan Of Knives
Useable with any weapon.
Scale with level and Finesse, instead of weapon damage
Note: Backstab criticals function only with dagger weapons equipped. This is an engine limitation.

Gag Order / Sleeping Arms / Rupture Tendons
Useable with any melee weapon.

Bull Rush
Scales with Strength and level independently from weapon damage.
Damage 75 -> 85
Damage variation 0 -> 10
Cooldown 1 -> 2.

Decaying Touch
Cooldown: 3 -> 2

Blood Rain
AP: 2 -> 1
Cooldown: 5 -> 6

Grasp Of The Starved
Damage: 250 -> 200
AP: 2 -> 3
SP: 2 -> 0
Cooldown: 5 -> 6

Nether Swap + Blessed Smoke Cloud
No changes, but will overwrite any other changes to these skills with the original version if loaded last. If you prefer a modded version of these skills, just put this earlier in your mod list than the mod that changes them.

Don't have one presently - it seems to populate fine for me. Try unsubbing and resubbing and then check the in-game mod menu?
