TTT Thunder Thighs (kyokyoedit)

This an edit of https://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=873054472 to be more balanced. I did this because I was trying to find good T-weapons for my TTT server and thought this had potential. However, I think you might like it too, so I decided to throw it up on the workshop. Naxon, if you don't like this, feel free to tell me to ♥♥♥♥ off and I will.

Here's what's changed:

- You now don't go flying at 9001 MPH. Before, the thunder thighs propelled you at a force of 4000... Hu/s? I don't know. Now, you only get launched by a force of 1000. If you don't know Q U I C K M A T H S, that's 25% the original amount. Think that's a major nerf? Try the original weapon. Without fall damage protection. You will die.

If you feel like you can do a better job than me, feel free to edit my version of the addon. Just make sure to credit BOTH CREATORS; don't try to pass it off as your own. If you do that, I'll break into your house and delete System 32 from your computer.
