Looped Wind Sound Bug Fix

Description
Looped Wind Sound Bug Fix

This mod is also available at nexusmods: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/38971

=============== Bug Description ===============
For some users, this bug appears during/after the Alduin fight, for others (like me) it occurs if you have the Deadly Dragons Mod installed and encounter a storm dragon. You get to hear the same wind/rain/thunder sound in an endless loop in all areas in all times unless you are in menus.

=============== Mod Description ===============
This mod aims to fix this buggy behavior by replacing the sound file 'amb_weather_alduinstormcall_lp.wav' with about a second's worth of silence.

=============== FAQ / Further information ===============
If this mod does not help you fix your looped sound, there are a couple of other possible reasons.

- check out the Elemental Fury - Sound BUG - Solution mod by 1GurU9 here: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/456/
- try the Chillrend Soung Bug Fix and Removal Mod by Voular here: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/896
- for some users it may help to enter 'sexchange' in the console twice (once may fix the bug, the second time will revert the gender change effect)

=============== Installation ===============
Install using the Nexus Mod Manager or manually copy the files to your Data folder of your Skyrim installation.

=============== Uninstallation ===============
Uninstall using the Nexus Mod Manager or manually delete the files from you Data folder of your Skyrim installation.

=============== Conclusion ===============
Let me know if this helps you fix your saves and please discuss/comment with other solutions you have found!

@Spartan: In that case there is only option I see left: You can unpack the BSA files related to sounds (I think it's called Skyrim - Sounds.bsa) manually using tools described here: http://wiki.tesnexus.com/index.php/Skyrim_BSA_Extraction

Then, you need to check all files you suspect might be responsible to whether they are the sound and use the silence sound provided in this mod to replace them. To "replace" them, replicate the folder structure of the unpacked Sounds.BSA file in your game's Data directory and finally place the silence file with the name of the file you are trying to replace there.

ahessel11: If you prefer workshop, just click subscribe and it should work. If you prefer manual installation, go to this URL: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/download/1000041403 and download the file.

Go to your Skyrim installation folder (typically something like C:\ProgramFiles(x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\skyrim). Here, you will find a folder called "Data". Open it. Extract the archive you downloaded from the above URL here.
