Double barrel shotgun balance script (autoshotgun)

Description
Take note that it was not possible to change any shotgun's fire rate and reload rate in the game by just changing the script, so balancing was designed around not being able to edit those values.

Note's:
Damage has been increased by up to 100% per shot
Clip size has been reduced from 10 to 2 (pretty obvious for a double barrel)
Ammo reserve has been reduced significantly (same as a regular pump shotgun).
Number of shrapnels have been increased for better spread effectiveness but each shrapnel deal less damage to compensate.
Penetration has also been increased by 50% (to make sense for the damage)
Weapon firing kick increased significantly

In essence, the shotgun now has higher sustained damage, but lower damage burst per full clip and kicks you much stronger
Has lower efficiency, but higher penetration

The idea was to make a double barrel shotgun that allows a new playstyle to the game but is not completely game breaking
