Acclamator class Assault ship (Early game)

Description
A redesign of Black Desciple's Acclamator. Internals changed, optimized layout, grouped upgrade spots now available. Materials changed for early game access with no hanger bay, but ability to switch it in when available. Engines upgraded, custom weapon blocks, torpedo launchers all added. Style kept the same.
