Description
Orca Fast Rescue
48m medium ship with hydrofoils for Fast rescue operations and crew transportation.

Speed: 15 m/s - 30 knots with foils up
Top speed: ~110 m/s - 210 knots with foils down on calm sea
Cruise speed: 70 m/s - 135 knots

Guide to glide on calm sea:
- Clutch and throttle at 100% in default gear
- Engage roll & pitch stabilistation
- Increase Foils liftup to 14
- Angle of Attack at 0.0 (default)
- Deploy Foils
- Engage the small gear AND the large gear (power gear) to "take off"
- When the speed increase above 30m/s, disengage small gear and reduce Foils liftup to 10
- Reduce throttle to 80-90% with default gear.
- For small fuel consumption, engage large gear with throttle at 100% (~70 m/s max)
- Increase AoA it to 0.5 - 2.0 if wobbling then diving, uplift had to be increase a bit (glide on back mode, also works well for small waves)
- If you want to turn while gliding, engage 'Fine Turning Rate' button
- For top speed, ~110 m/s, foils liftup at 0 and throttle at 100% in default gear

- Pumping system in central stairs and underwater deck
- Deck at stern can move up and down
- Crane on starboard going to stern
- Retractable side and back railings
- 2 Fuel tanks (port and starboard) and fuel can be transfered from one to the other
- Fuel and Electrical bay to refuel objects on deck and to be refueled
- Medical Room
- 6 rooms for Crew
- One dining room
- High fuel efficiency when gliding and large gear, ~0.1 Liter per m/s, only 10% of fuel tank from creative base to arctic area
- 2 diving rooms with airlock and pumping system

It was "easier" to fly before 1.0 :)
I guess i sould update it, once I have time, maybe :)

Very cool creation, only thing that could get automated is the hydrofoil mode which is really complicated to really get up to speed... and to stop fast just makes the ship flip for me.

Love it. Absolutely stunning. Will it get an update? I think it should definitely have more handheld equipment. I use this as a quick support vessel. I place some of your ocelot modules on the deck and use it to refuel any ships or planes.

yea the helicopters don't seem to be able lock to the deck

Its mostly at the rear of the deck. There is several connectors along the deck.

yes it does, you have to manually adjust the engine throttle and the clutch to keep it alive.
