Description
This is a pack of two-lane roads with/without parking spaces and different median surfaces.
Mix and match the pieces to your liking!
They're designed to work well together but can also be used on their own.
Suitable for a variety of situations like commercial main/high streets, residential avenues and industrial roads.
This is a remake of my older Small Avenue with Parking Pack.
Check out my other roads in the collection link above and star if you like this!

Recommended Mods
These mods aren't needed for the roads to work, but can make your experience better.
Information
Ground level only - use other roads for elevated and tunnel
Use parking roads for bus stop road segments if you want a bus turnout/pullout/bay/lay-by so buses don't block other vehicles;
Use no parking roads instead if you want buses to stay in-lane so the sidewalks can be wider

  • Look for icons as shown under small roads category
  • All road properties like speed limit, cost and noise pollution are the same as vanilla two-lane roads
  • 2 tiles / 16m wide
  • Ground level only
  • 2m wide median can fit most street trees
  • Median is half curb height with 45° angled curbs and round endcaps
  • Custom textured curbs
  • No zebra crossings at junctions without traffic lights enabled
  • Curb ramps, tactile pavement and zebra crossings at junctions with traffic lights
  • Road, sidewalk and grass use your map theme textures
  • For roads with parking - at bus stops parking lane functions as bus bay; only bus stop sign appears
  • For roads without parking - at bus stops buses stay in-lane (no bus bay); bus stop sign and shelter appear

I continue making roads because I enjoy the work, and I don't expect anything in return.

Thanks for the great mod!

Odd request, but how hard would it be to make a version of this that is 4 units wide and has bike lanes on either side?

Asphalt texture in this asset pack is so clean, it should be a standard among all modders

Not so much, as you said, in addition to allowing parking, it also has a slightly different look. The median surface is smaller and rounded. I still like having it as an option. It's like having the vanilla residential streets at the same time as having the American-style suburban street v2 and the cobblestone street asset in CS.

Unless we want the roads to be parkable, I guess these roads won't be necessary anymore since we got similar roads with the last free extra roads update pack (1.15), no?

Could you please make a version with a striped, painted median?

Please add zebra crossings on intersections without lights, otherwise great roads

That's not true though. They don't look like these, always have crossing decals at intersections and they don't have versions with parking.
