Zero Scaling

Description
This mod minimizes number scaling from leveling up.

Benefits:
- Gear stays relevant for much longer.
- No more being punished for not min maxing XP.
- More quest pathing freedom.

Drawbacks:
- Being under leveled is much less of an issue (could be seen as a drawback).
- Smaller numbers aren't as satisfying (depends on who you ask).

DISCLAIMER: Due to how the game is "balanced", it is actually impossible to set level scaling to 0, as it would break how the game works. Base damage of weapons and spells does not scale parallel to vitality, so if you were to make vitality the same every level, damage would literally decrease the higher level you were. This mod decreases vitality scaling as much as possible without causing damage to decrease. Damage stays almost entirely the same and should only go up slightly over the course of the game.

@buuhh Yea, that's very easy to change, but since making this mod I've uninstalled the engine, so I won't be updating this anymore unfortunately. If you install the engine, you can easily change the accuracy penalty to 0.

i've been really enjoying this mod specifically for the freedom it gives and how much more enjoyable it's been to play through the game without being level gated out of certain encounters

though i have to ask is there a way to remove the accuracy penalty from gear over your level? I think it would be perfect with this so I could reliably use said gear from encounters i "technically shouldn't be doing" yet

Could you multiply the numbers by 10 or 100? So that damage addition from skills and attributes stays more consistent.

@Swole Squidward This mod simply effects the number scaling by leveling up. Skills/abilities from other mods will not be negatively effected and should work perfectly fine.

does this affect the scaling of other mods such as new abilities?
