can we get income tax mod opposite of this mod

This is must have. I would say most important of all mods. I play on legendary now and if you survive start, after turn 100+ game became too easy. Lots of money is available. Really lot. It kills all fun from game as food is only limit to not spawn huge stacks of elite armies. It looks like this mod is pressing player to think over economy again in late game. Also it seems like AI stacks are less spawned which is certainly good. I am using this mod and still have to see what is yet to happen after some of victory conditions are met.
