!!Planetary Diversity AI Terraforming Patch

Description
This mod updates the AI to be able to terraform to/from Planetary Diversity's new planet types. It will intelligently (well, as intelligent as Stellaris AI can be) select based on the habitability of its owned pops in its empire.

This builds on the framework introduced in Glavius AI, but can operate independently of it (but will integrate with it if present).

Compatible with all official Planetary Diversity addons (in particular Exotic Worlds) as well as Guilli's Planet Modifiers, but they are not required.

Compatible with both Glavius AI and Starnet AI.

Not compatible with the Planetary Diversity New Worlds module, but that is provided by the New Worlds version of this patch.

Load order:
In the official launcher, lower mods take priority, so the load order should be
[Near the top]
<Glavius/Starnet (optional)>
[...]
Planetary Diversity
[...]
<Guilli's Planet Modifiers (optional)>
[...]
!!Planetary Diversity AI Terraforming Patch
[Near the bottom]

Some third party launchers/mod managers reverse this (Paradox Mod Manager for example) and have higher mods take priority. In these cases reverse the above.
For such custom launchers (NOT VANILLA):

seems to be breaking terraforming cost (with this mod = 0)
without terraforming cost is fine
redownloaded mod in case of i break something unintentionally still same result

Well, before I declare compatibility with 3.2, I need to:
0. No longer be burned out on Stellaris
1. Check what changed in terraforming definitions in both 3.2 and Planetary Diversity
2. Write a code generator based on this
3. Test it in game

That's gonna take a while, sorry.

There is no descriptor file. So the launcher swears. Suddenly it will fix it. Please, is it possible to fix your mod, the mod does not want to work correctly in the new version 3.2

If I am going to update this, I would want to automate it (I got tired of doing it by hand :P).
And I am still kind of burnt out on Stellaris for now (I'm catching up on other projects), so it may be a while.

PD added some new planet types.
If you have time, could you please add them to the patch too?

any plan to update?

@Tyrgalon Since Glavius is currently awaiting an update for 3.0 we can probably assume not.

Any idea if this is compatible with 3.0?
