@KingLeno I'm just not sure how to put the sign on the building. I see the sign as a separate prop but don't know how to raise it up.

The sign is not visible at the top of the building? Anyone else have this issue?

@KingLeno, If I make a contribution on your Patreon, could I use some of these assets in another game that I am building a city for inside a driving/car-crash simulator, even if it's without textures (if they're part of Skylines' assets) would still be fine. Would give credit.

It's not Memphis but have you ever thought about doing the old Tennessee State Prision building? It's one of the coolest old buildings in the state.
