Bureaucrat
This leader is a number cruncher who can squeeze energy credits out of a rock.
Energy Output From Jobs: +10%
Trade Value: + 10%
Pop Happiness: -10%

Diplomat
This leader knows how to keep everybody working together and how to quickly resolve problems between them.
Amenities: +10%
Unity Output From Jobs: +5%

Pioneer
This leader thrives on hardship and is stubborn, enduring and can make any uninhabitable rock a productive home.
Minerals Output From Jobs: +10%
Habitability: +5%

Marshall
This leader has zero tolerance for disloyalty or crime and punishments are strict.
Government Ethic Attraction: +10%
Crime: -10

Ecologist
This leader believes in working with a planet and preserving its ecology rather than exploiting it.

Minerals Output From Jobs: -10%
Pop Growth Speed: +10%

This leader already stands out from the crowd in terms of their potential and already has a reputation for being the best of the best.

This leader has very different ideas about how the state should work.

COMPATIBILITY
Built against Stellaris v2.2.3b, although it should be fine with 2.2, 2.2.3 and 2.2.4b.
Not ironpants/cheev compatible.
Should be fine with an existing save-game.
Does not do any mean things to any vanilla files.

@AlphaAsh - small bug... Pioneer has a tech prereq for tech_mining_network_3 still which no longer exists in 2.2. Hope you are doing well. Will get working on Empire University working with this soon.

mob? Most of the leader traits are vanilla tech gated, and availability will depend on the usual weightings. It's not presented in the techs, same as vanilla traits that are tech-gated.

Rebellious is a negative trait, like Substance Abuser and Stubborn and is only gained from a bad result of level up from experience.

so can this mob be use in a democratic, and oligarchic playstyle?
the rebellion leader would be fun to play especially if the player or the ai are the ones aiding the rebellion leader in their enemy or dislike galactic neighbour and created a civil war
