Sand Texture Fix

This addon fixes the stretched sand texture issue.

$blendmodulatetexture and $detail are not compatible.

A recent game update added a $blendmodulatetexture to the sand texture.
This addon disables that $blendmodulatetexture.

OR

$blendmodulatetexture and $detail used to be compatible, but a recent update broke it.
I'm leaning twards the first possibility because I do not recognise the $blendmodulatetexture used.
