Prefab ID Concatenator

Description
Adds prefab name to a character's description of an item.
If ever you would like to know an item's code name to spawn it and the item is on your screen, just inspect it to see its description, and the name will appear conveniently at the end!

@Fuzzy_Wednesday I know I am very late, but I have learned a lot since. We cannot make a client side version since it uses the talker component which is visible to everyone in the world. If other players can see a change, it will usually have to be a server mod...

When you say client side, do you mean that the host doesn't have to have it?
