An other problem - till now only in a south-city . Sometimes a unit disappears. I also don't see it at militrary overview.

the culture building's just a handler so I can check if the player's clicked the button and therefore the hurried unit is eligible for a promotion, it has no effect in itself. Same thing with the decision i think, only activates when you enact the peshere ceremony or beached whales one.

In the IGE I see things like Selknam decision or Selknam culture building or ... But activating it with the IGE (In Game Editor) shows no effect - and I think it should.
