Description
Every tower, creep and hero has True Strike and True Sight.

* No more uphill misses.
* No more evasion and miss chances.
* Invisibility is useless.

Abilities that provided evasion or miss chance are slightly buffed.
Talents that provided evasion are replaced with something else.
Some abilities that give invisibility are buffed.
Items that give evasion and invisibility are slightly changed.

Phantom Assassin's Blur is bugged!
