Bound Magic Redux

Description
Makes Bound Weapons/Armor spells scale with skill
Bound Bow, Bound Arrows, Bound Bow & Arrows are 3 seperate spells
Bound Arrows start at a 5 count increasing by 1 every 5 sec, cost 5-35 magicka each time it increases and gives Conjuration XP (Cost/XP decrease with level)
Alteration Improvements
Faendal Improved
Trick Shot (Archery Perk) available with improvements
Bows can have sights (Scoped Bows-Outlaw666)
Alchemy Perks improved (The Experienced Alchemist-GIndustries)
