I have upgraded Foundation XL to T3 with a repair bay, an airtight compound containing the repair console, a ramp made of concrete blocks to allow HVs easy access to the platform (placed near the compound). For all this, more powerful generators were necessary to run the repair bay and foremost: A lot more of T2 & T3 fuel tanks in order to contain the necessary fuel needed to repair big CVs, the fuel consumption can be huge for longer repairs.

however, as i was initially building it on a mountain top, i dealt with some serious collapse issues. my fix to this was to spawn it in space in creative and extrend the pillars quite far, as well as thicken them. this is only a temporary thing and im no professional like yourself, but i believe it would be very beneficial to have cliff and mountain versions, as the thickened pillars would give more room for detail and allow players to spawn them on mountains with a good view of the surrounding area.
