gm emptex reflectivity

Description
This addon is experimental.
The package contains alternative versions of gm_emptex and gm_emptex_city, offering more reflective surfaces.
I could not enable HDR for gm_emptex_city_ref as it the reflcetion textures would eat up too much space.
AI nodes included.
