Murka's Kolomna Corner Building

A recoloured/retextured version of Murka's Kolomna Corner Building. Shared with Murka's agreement and with thanks to Murka for use of his model.

Fits very nicely in a European style city in an area of lower land value, in my opinion. The facade is somewhat faded and the roof is zinc or some other metal and seems to have weathered a few storms. If you have MoveIt and Plop the Growables mods, you can combine it with the Well Yard Building to form a city block in a coherent style.

Difference from the original: roof darker, colours of facade and brick walls toned down and new normal & specular maps.
