[TFA] DOI Extend Pack

TFA Base required
*Make sure you have [TFA][AT] INS2 Shared Parts to avoid hands missing.

This is an experimental addons so reference a lot of existing tfa addons lua. I will list the reference sources below.

Features
The flamethrower can actually burn about 15 meters.
Press E then press LMB will pull the pin, then grenade will explode in 3 seconds. (I want them explode in 3 seconds)
Except no.69, no.69 will explosion on anything by impact.
