OWB Yakuza Submod Fix

Description
Since I'm not allowed to use the Yakuza submod yet, this submod fixes the Yakuza submod's unit problem, so it should work now.

Afraid not. I can't update it until the creator updates the original mod, or it will wont affect anything.

Great Fix i had problems with no units anyway on that mod.
